Abstract
According to Peffers et al. (2007), the problem analysis serves as the first step of a design-oriented research proceeding. In this research, the problem under focus is described and categorized into several aspects. Following Weber, this clarifies selected research questions, supports the development of concrete objectives, and prepares the solution with a foundation of basic concepts.
