Technologische Systeme werden gesellschaftlich produziert. Die gesellschaftliche Produktion ist kulturell geprägt. Das Internet ist hier keine Ausnahme. Die Kultur derer, die das Internet hervorgebracht haben, hat die Form des Mediums bestimmt.
