Zusammenfassung
Das Advocacy Coalition Framework, entwickelt von Sabatier und Jenkins-Smith (1993), basiert auf der Annahme, dass Akteure, involviert in die Gestaltung von öffentlichen Politiken, sich gemeinsam koordinieren, weil sie ähnlich denken oder an das gleiche glauben. Es gibt unzählige Anwendungen des ACF, welche diese Annahme bestätigen: ein Grund, warum sich Akteure koordinieren, miteinander in Interaktionen geraten, ist, weil sie die gleiche Weltanschauung haben, ein gesellschaftliches Problem ähnlich oder gleich lösen möchten (siehe zum Beispiel Fischer und Ingold 2014; Gronow et al. 2020).
