In der ersten Phase dieser DBR-Studie erfolgt die in der Einleitung genannte Problempräzision. Entsprechend wird in diesem Kapitel unter Kapitel 2.1 zunächst die Legitimation der Studie dargestellt. Diese wird aus zwei Hauptbegründungs-strängen zusammengetragen.
