Zusammenfassung

Der Wert der Sichturethrotomie ist unbestritten (4, 9, 10, 24, 28, 33). Durch einen transurethralen, den Patienten wenig belastenden Eingriff kann heute eine Harnröhrenstriktur behandelt werden. Plastische Operationen, die oft in mehreren Sitzungen durchgeführt werden mußten und an die Geduld von Patient und Arzt grö ß te Anforderungen stellten, sind für bestimmte Formen der Harnröhrenengen überflüssig geworden.
