Zusammenfassung

Bei Kollagenosen ist eine Beteiligung des Gehirns und des peripheren Nervensystems wohl bekannt. Im Gegensatz hierzu sind spinale Symptome seltener. Es werden aber sowohl akute Querschnittslähmungen als auch chronische Myelopathien beobachtet. Die Häufigkeit, mit der spinale Symptome im Rahmen von Kollagenosen auftreten, ist aus der Sicht des Neurologen nur schwer abzuschätzen. Es ist nur eine bedingte Aussage über das Vorkommen spinaler Symptome im Vergleich zu zerebralen und solchen des peripheren Nervensystems möglich.
