Zusammenfassung

Die humangenetischen Beiträge zur Ätiologie der Süchte liegen noch weitgehend auf der phänotypischen (erscheinungsbildlichen), also oberflächlichen und genfernen Ebene. Man hat aber bereits begonnen, in gennähere Bereiche vorzustoßen. Bis vor kurzem war man damit beschäftigt zu zeigen, daβ genetische Faktoren am Suchtgeschehen beteiligt sind; nun bemüht man sich herauszufinden, welche Faktoren das sind.
