Zusammenfassung

Ernährungsbedingte Risikofaktoren spielen neben dem Rauchen eine wesentliche Rolle für die Inzidenz v. a. von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen. Aus präventiver und gesundheitsökonomischer Sicht wird, wie z. B. die Nordkarelienstudie zeigt (vgl. Puska et al. 1985), der Ansatzpunkt für Interventionen zunehmend in kommunalen Einrichtungen gesehen.
