Abstract
We report significant enhancement of THz-radiation from InAs under magnetic field irradiated with femtosecond pulses. Furthermore, the radiation spectrum is found to be controlled by the excitation pulsewidth, chirp direction of the excitation pulse, and the magnetic field.
