Abstract
For the quantitative determination of reducing substances, potentiometric titration and chemical methods have been employed(1–3). However, these methods are tedious in operation. And, what is more important, the reducing substances may undergo some changes during the determination, with the result that the obtained data do not represent the actual situation in the field. Therefore, we tried to apply the voltammetric method, using a graphite rod as the polarized electrode(4,5), to determine the reducing substances directly in situ.
