Zusammenfassung
Eine Alloantikörperentwicklung gegen den Faktor VIII bei hämophilen Patienten, wie auch eine Antikörperentwicklung bei nichthämophilen Patienten führt zumeist zur vollkommenen Unterbindung der Faktor-VIII-Aktivität.
