Zusammenfassung
Biophysikalische Meßmethoden sind eine sinnvolle Ergänzung der dermatologischen Diagnostik. Mit ihnen lassen sich funktionelle Parameter und morphologische Veränderungen der Haut nichtinvasiv quantifizieren und im Verlauf beobachten. Neben vielen etablierten und standardisierten Verfahren gibt es neue Methoden insbesondere zur hochauflösenden morphologischen Darstellung der Haut. Da die Meßwerte starken Schwankungen unterliegen und von zahlreichen äußeren Faktoren beeinflußt werden können, sind die Kenntnis und die Berücksichtigung dieser Einflußgrößen für einen standardisierten Einsatz erforderlich.
