Zusammenfassung
Die aktinische Prurigo zählt zu den Erkrankungen mit erhöhter Photosensitivität. Drei morphologisch ähnliche Erkrankungen, bei denen chronische Entzündung und Reiben zu lichenoiden Papeln und Prurigoläsionen führen, werden unter dem Begriff aktinische Prurigo zusammengefasst: die aktinische Prurigo der Europäer, die tropische oder südostasiatische aktinische Prurigo und die aktinische Prurigo oder auch hereditäre polymorphe Lichtreaktion der amerikanischen Indianer. In wieweit diese Erkrankungen pathogenetisch verwandt sind, ist bisher nicht hinreichend geklärt. Wir werden den Ausdruck aktinische Prurigo (AP) für die Erkrankung bei amerikanischen Indianern ohne Modifikation verwenden, so wie dieser Terminus 1961 von Lopez-Gonzales [24] (prúrigo solar) und Londoño et al. [22] (prurigo-eczema actínico) geprägt und erst viel später auch für Kaukasier und Asiaten eingeführt wurde. Auch wenn diese Form der aktinischen Prurigo in unseren Regionen sehr selten ist, lohnt es sich, sich damit zu beschäftigen, da sich auch bei uns manchmal Patienten indianischer Abstammung vorstellen, bei denen nur die richtige Diagnose gestellt werden kann, wenn man sie kennt und daran denkt [28].
