Zusammenfassung

Das Sortieren von Stückgütern im Umfeld der Technischen Logistik dient dem Zuordnen von logistischen Einheiten (Güter, Packstücke, Behälter oder Paletten) aus einer ungeordneten Gesamtmenge nach bestimmten Kriterien (Postleitzahl, Kundennummer, Auftragsnummer, …) auf logische Ziele, um sie anschließend auf entsprechende physische Zielstellen zu verteilen (VDI 3619).
