Abstract

DNA sequence alignment is the basis of DNA sequence analysis. The BLAST algorithm is one of the most classic and is widely used. In this paper, we propose to improve this algorithm based on multi-threading, in large amounts of data on the calculation of DNA multiple sequence alignment, we significantly improve the efficiency of the algorithm.
