Die akuten gastrointestinalen Notfälle lassen sich nur zu einem kleinen Teil dem streng definierten Krankheitsbild des „akuten Abdomens“ zuordnen mit den klassischen Leitsymptomen:

  • Schmerz,

  • Abwehrspannung der Bauchdecke,

  • Schock.
