Driving Techniques for Ultrasonic Motors

  • Chapter
Ultrasonic Motors

Abstract

A disk-type traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor is a kind of USMs that has been widely used in many areas because its drive and control techniques are relatively mature[1]. Provided no exception, this and the following chapter will take the traveling wave USMs as an example to expound the drive and control techniques, which will be references for other type of USMs.
