Zusammenfassung
Während einerseits eine gute Durchblutung der Plazenta in der Schwangerschaft für die normale Entwicklung des Kindes nötig ist, soll andererseits peri- und postpartal ein ausreichendes hämostaseologisches Potenzial einen schnellen Blutungsstopp und einen minimalen mütterlichen Blutverlust gewährleisten.
