Abstract
Norway has a high penetration of Internet users1, and the technological knowledge is regarded as high even compared to other industrialized countries. The business reality in the New Economy is significant, and we have observed that a lot of startup initiatives as well as traditional businesses have entered into eCommerce and Internet.
