Abstract
This chapter holistically answers all three research questions regarding the amalgam of research among the FVEYs countries. Moreover, it shows that the five countries overwhelmingly are using the Security variable followed by the information variable of the P.I.S.E. Model to advance their positions. The political and economic components were used by all countries but to a lesser extent than the security and information components of the model.
