Abstract
This chapter zooms in on the facets of proliferating Artificial Intelligence (AI) deployment in recruitment, training, and employee onboarding, which are significant procedures for the domain of Human Resources Management (HRM). At the current stage of its evolution, AI implies a synthesis of machine learning, data science, computer hardware and communication technologies. Grounded in this synthesis, AI revolutionises HR processes that have commonly exploited a tangible amount of organisational resources until recently. The chapter considers the specifics of AI utilisation in scoped HRM processes, presents real-world case studies and reveals practical insights applicable to organisations considering the adoption of AI-powered solutions to successfully upgrade the execution of their recruitment, training, and employee onboarding procedures to a new level of efficiency.
