Abstract
In an increasingly digital world, the landscape of international relations has transformed with the advent of digital diplomacy. This modern approach involves the innovative use of digital tools, such as social media, websites, and emails, to conduct diplomatic activities. With its vast audience and real-time global conversations, social media has been widely accepted in this arena, becoming an essential part of soft power and redefining international communication and influence. Countries worldwide, including Kazakhstan, have embraced this shift. Kazakhstan, a proactive player in the digital revolution, offers most of its government services online, and government bodies and officials maintain an active social media presence. This chapter examines the lengths of digital diplomacy activities through a lens of social media usage by the governmental bodies of Kazakhstan. By enhancing strategic social media management, Kazakhstan can fully harness digital platforms to amplify its global influence.
