Analysis of the Current Status and Trend of Construction Waste Research in China Based on Citespace

Abstract

Based on the relevant literatures on construction waste collected from the core journals in CNKI database, using information visualization software Citespace to tease out the temporal and spatial distribution, hot topics and research frontiers, to analyze the research status and development trend of construction waste in China, which is conducive to promoting the further development of domestic construction waste research. The results show that: Research has focused on a broader and more detailed set of topics; the performance and application of recycled construction materials, green construction, and urban management of construction waste are hot topics of research. Current research is at an immature stage, with the further promotion of use of recycled construction materials, the future research direction is to further study the properties and applications of recycled building materials.
