Abstract

A patient with multiple symptoms had a low blood pressure with a high resting heart rate prompted investigations related to the autonomic nervous system and the diagnosis of Shy Drager syndrome. This condition, also known at multiple system atrophy has downstream manifestations which may obfuscate the diagnosis.
