Abstract
The book “FinTech and Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development: The Role of Smart Technologies in Achieving Development Goals” aims to explore the intersection between financial technology (FinTech), artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainable development. The book examines the potential of these technologies in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include eliminating poverty, reducing inequality, and addressing climate change. The book consists of 17 chapters that delve into the various aspects of FinTech, AI, and other smart technologies and their impact on sustainable development. This concluding chapter of the book summarizes the key findings and contributions of the preceding chapters. It highlights the potential of FinTech and AI in addressing sustainable development challenges and achieving the SDGs. The chapter emphasizes the importance of collaboration between different stakeholders, including governments, the private sector, and civil society, in leveraging these technologies to promote sustainable development. Furthermore, the chapter underscores the need for continued research and innovation to improve the effectiveness and impact of FinTech and AI in sustainable development. Finally, it concludes by calling for a responsible and inclusive approach to the use of these technologies, ensuring that they benefit all members of society and contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future.
