Abstract

We are now step** forward from the traditional industrial society to a modern informational one as information and technology progress. Informatization is becoming an inevitable trend to promote economic and social reform especially for current China. Informatization has fundamentally changed the way that business develops. China’s medium and micro enterprises are shifting from mainly relying on capital and human resource investment to technological progress and improving overall quality of employees. It is studied that optimization path of enterprise management information system with big data in this article. Firstly, literature review is conducted through methods of questionnaire survey, normative research and empirical research. Then, system analysis is conducted to develop system model, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together. Optimization programme of enterprise management information system is proposed as conclusion of the article in the end. Empirical research shows that 48% of businesses often use information technology in their management information systems; 39% of businesses use it occasionally; and 13% of companies never use it. Enterprises should strengthen the application of big data in management information systems, acquire real-time information management and decision-making, finally improve the efficiency of enterprise management information.
