Abstract

This chapter orients readers to the current realities of LGBTQA+ Christians in conservative spaces. Situating the ideas explored throughout the work within the lived experience of people’s stories, the aim of this chapter is to introduce the reader to the topics we will be wading into together. This chapter covers: (1) an orientation to key debates, themes and theories covered, (2) definitions of key terms and (3) a sco** layout of the book.
