Abstract

Sampling is an integral part of every chemical analysis. The reliability of a chemical analysis cannot be ensured unless appropriation is exercised in sampling. Proper knowledge of the history of the sample, its transmission and storage along with the statistical background of the sample is highly important. The sample used for analysis is also known as analyte and should be a true representative of the bulk material.
