Abstract

With the rising awareness of environmental protection, China attaches great importance to ecological environmental protection, and the pollution control work of iron and steel enterprises is faced with management improvement and technology upgrading, and the inherent management mode can no longer meet the development needs of modern iron and steel enterprises, steel enterprises need to combine their own characteristics to improve the deficiencies in management. This paper analyzes the problem of biochemical wastewater discharge in a steel plant under a Chinese iron and steel group, grasps the basic status of wastewater discharge in a steel plant through field research, aimed at the biochemical wastewater zero external discharge, through the integration of advantages of different resources, application to 5G+ Internet industry, the mutual collaborative management between enterprise departments has been realized, and a complete set of biochemical wastewater zero-discharge collaborative management practice system has been formed, including index control, system level improvement, cost analysis and evaluation, and index benchmarking. This paper takes a steel plant as a specific case, studies the zero external discharge management of wastewater in a steel plant through collaborative management, and forms a set of efficient management system, which has achieved good economic and environmental benefits and has important reference value for other similar enterprises.
