Abstract

What is science? For me it is curiosity and the study of almost anything. I believe that in contrast to an engineer or a physician, as a scientist I ask questions that I have no idea as to what the answer is; and then I try to solve the mystery. It can be inspired by the need to know more about something to inspire or facilitate new solutions to challenging problems (such as understanding plant growth in order to improve yields of food crops under dynamic climate conditions) or specific knowledge regarding how things were created or work.
