Abstract
This chapter is on the minds of all employers, as many organisations toy with introducing strategic interventions for the benefit of their workforce, with the overall objective of increasing productivity and performance and improving the working lives for their employees. The chapter gives the reader the basics on what to look out for, what good looks like and some ideas about how to test and evaluate wellbeing in the workplace. This being one of the key aims of this book in its quest for resilience. This chapter explores valid and reliable tools for the measurement and assessment of workplace wellbeing, as well as detailing key interventions.
