Improving the Personnel Management System of the Agricultural Enterprise

Abstract

This article provides the results of the study of problems in the personnel management system of the agricultural enterprise. A comparative analysis of information resources on the subject under consideration is conducted and directions for improving the personnel management system are developed. The basis was formed by two areas, including the improvement of motivation subsystem and staff awareness. The questionnaire example is presented that helps assess the level of employee satisfaction with the subsystem of motivation and stimulation of labor. For testing, the personnel management system of the company AO “Yug Rusi” “Belokalitvinsky” Branch is considered. As part of the study, a survey of employees of this enterprise was conducted. Based on the results of the study, directions were developed to improve personnel management system of the company under consideration. The results obtained proved the efficiency of the proposed personnel management system.
