Abstract

The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of forensic construction and technical expertise, as well as to identify the main factors that impede the rapid and efficient production of expert research. The scientific novelty of the work consists in considering the problems that arise before the expert in the process of producing the expertise and proposing ways to solve them in the conditions of modern realities and the existing legislative framework. As a result of the study, the need was revealed to supplement the existing normative legal documents with completely new acts, methods and regulations that eliminate the incorrectness of the legislation. Also, in the process of analyzing the current situation, the need to update the existing documents in the field of construction, pricing, document flow and procedural interaction between the parties to the proceedings was proved. The article proposes the idea of digitalization and unification of the workflow process in the field of court proceedings for more efficient and quick resolution of litigation.
