Abstract
Leprosy, a disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae, is one of the major causes of preventable disability associated with peripheral neuropathy. Delayed diagnosis and poor monitoring of previously diagnosed patients are two of the major causes of deformities leading to disabilities. The combination of deformity and insensitivity involving lower extremities is responsible for severe functional limitations and formation of foot ulcers, increasing the risk of amputation. We are describing a case of borderline tuberculoid leprosy who presented with foot deformity after completion of anti-leprosy drugs.
