The original version of the book was inadvertently published with errors. Some are errors in the Mathematical Equations (such as on Preface, Part I from pages 4 to 7, Part II from pages 21 to 105 and Part III from pages 109 to 212). Others are due to spelling errors: 'identificaition' instead of 'identification' in Preface and page 103, 'matrixe' instead of 'matrix' in page 47, 'Genetal' instead of 'General' in page 109, 'soluyon' instead of 'solution' in page 211, and 'controlu' instead of 'control u' in page 247. These errors have been corrected and updated in the book.
