Abstract
In this chapter, Dr. Rios and Dr. Mundis discuss neurosurgical mission trips. Surgical volunteerism has become increasingly popular. The impact that outreach has on volunteers exceeds expectations. Surgical mission trips are great hands-on training experiences.
