Abstract

In current conditions, food security is widely discussed by the world community as one of the main program goals of the state. In the context of the global financial crisis and political instability, the problem of food security has intensified and requires coordinated solutions. Therefore, the use of the latest forms and methods of financing the agricultural sector is an integral part in ensuring the food security of the state. The implementation of this mechanism will not only increase food production and reduce food imports but also improve the living standards and purchasing power of the Russian population.
