Abstract
In April 2016, a 65-year-old male patient presented with a sudden onset of altered sensorium, he was a bit confused and disoriented. Head computed tomography was performed in the EHD and revealed intra-cerebral haematoma in the right frontal lobe (Fig. 26.1). Therefore, he was admitted to the hospital. Arterial blood pressure on admission was 145/80 mmHg. There was no history suggesting a bleeding disorder or head trauma.
