Abstract

Internet of things (IOT) is a kind of network that connects any object with the Internet through radio frequency identification (RFID), infrared sensor, global positioning system, laser scanner and other information sensing equipment according to the agreed protocol, so as to realize the intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management of items. With the high rhythm of modern people’s life, the pressure increases, and the quality of sleep is getting lower and lower. However, sleep is closely related to health and should not be ignored. The smart mattresses on the market either have pure detection function and are used in special environment such as medical treatment, or can only achieve the effect of relieving sleep through materials. In the upsurge of smart home, using the technology of Internet of things, we designed a mattress with more intelligent functions, such as detecting sleep quality, having intelligent wake-up service, and realizing intelligent control of app and voice. The smart mattress system mainly has the detection function, wake-up function, and manipulation customization function. The mattress has a detection of human sleep time and state. It can make the user wake up without pressure and reduce the sleepiness through the physical movement of the mattress, improve the efficiency and ensure the health of the biological clock. It can also intelligently control some customizable operations of the mattress through voice and software, such as wake up time, mattress soft and hard, this intelligent mattress has a variety of environment and conditions for sleep needs at the same time, the use of modern mechanical technology, network connection, to achieve many practical functions, pay attention to health management, convenient for human beings, improve the quality of life and sleep quality. In practical application, the technology is more practical and has a certain market prospect.
