Abstract

Digitization has an impact on all elements of the operation models of the business. This new digitized vision provides managing support processes both within the company and the company’s connections. The paper aims to provide digital collaboration support adaptable for Industry 4.0 through the Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) program. ARIS Platform is a powerful and intuitive tool for Business Process Management (BPM) systems in which are improved the team’s tasks and activities engaged in a software development project. Digital collaboration help address potential errors caused by human–computer interactions and can notify uncertain actions instantly that require to think smarter decisions. New tech revolution challenges require continuous innovation and learning, which depends on people and how they collaborate in linking the processes to obtain performance from the industrial to the medical domains.
