Abstract

Providing its excellent visualization, access to pelvic structures, and less postoperative adhesions, laparoscopy has been an important tool for the treatment of uterovaginal anomalies. We have used it to define the anomaly, monitor endometriosis or a hysteroscopic procedure, replace an absent vagina, and resect abnormal Mullerian structures.
