Abstrait
Soumis à un double contrôle neurologique du fait de sa double innervation somatique sacrée et sympathique dorsolombaire, un dysfonctionnement sphinctérien se rencontre dans bon nombre de pathologies neurologiques. Incompétent (dénervé) ou hyperactif (obstructif), le sphincter neurologique ne peut se dissocier du couple vessiesphincter en termes de symptomatologie et de risque sur le haut appareil.
