Abstract

An 83-year-old male with sick sinus syndrome received a permanent pacemaker. He has a history of coronary artery disease with preserved left ventricular function. He complained of multiple episodes of palpitations. Interrogation of his pacemaker revealed multiple episodes of tachycardia, where one of them was stored as shown in Fig. 91.1.
