Abstract
Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a low-code development platform that allows you to build scalable, secure enterprise applications that can be deployed anywhere. Well, almost anywhere; the APEX engine still needs an Oracle database. APEX is a no-cost option with Oracle Database from the Always Free cloud tier to XE to the Enterprise Edition.
