Abstract
One of the key areas which requires a significant amount of attention is the interface to the API Marketplace. Although the star of the show is the actual API which provides the functionality, the star needs a stage and theatre to perform. If the stage is too small or the theatre too difficult to access, then the brilliance of the API will be lost. It is important to always keep this in mind throughout the journey. Without third-party consumption, there would be no traffic. No traffic results in no revenue. Revenue sustains the Marketplace which exists to achieve the Vision.
