Performance Engineering Case Study

Abstract

In this chapter, you do a performance engineering exercise that provides a holistic and end-to-end performance analysis of an application. As part of the performance engineering activity, you analyze the web performance, server-side performance, and infrastructure to identify the performance bottlenecks and performance challenges. You also carry out performance testing to validate the performance issues identified. Once the application is deployed to production, you set up the monitoring infrastructure.
