Present Status of the Program of Atomic Mass Determinations at the University of Manitoba

  • Chapter
Atomic Masses and Fundamental Constants 5

Abstract

At previous International Conferences we have described the 9’ radius (“Manitoba I”)1 and 1 m radius (“Manitoba II”)2 high resolution mass spectrometers at the University of Manitoba and have reported the progress of our program of atomic mass determinations. In this paper we shall comment on the continuing development of experimental technique and summarize recent results and the status of some work in progress.
