Abstract

In this symposium, the co-chairs were Ms Katie Aston (Health Education Authority, United Kingdom) and Professor **gheng Huang (Shanghai Medical University, China). The speakers were Professor Rob Donovan (University of Western Australia), Dr Lesley Owen (Health Education Authority, United Kingdom), Dr Kishore Chaudhry (Indian Council of Medical Research) and Ms Judith Watt (Victorian Smoking and Health Programme, Australia). The discussants were Mr James Fox (Department of Health and Family Services, Australia) and Dr Ron Borland (Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer, Anti-Cancer Council of Victoria, Australia).
