Abstract—The possibility of inactivating pathogenic bacteria of P. aeruginosa culture by femtosecond laser pulses of the mid infrared region with a wavelength of 6.04 µm through a polyethylene film is shown. The method can be used in food industry for disinfecting packaged production.
