Abstract

The calculation of the designing and engineering of the reliability and durability (endurance) of a new type of sawing equipment with flat rotational–translational movement of the saw blades is considered. The principal design-technological solution presented is especially useful when processing wood (billets) in places of a temporary warehousing roundabout or directly on the cutter. This work presents a modern engineering approach using the Solid Works, ANSYS, and NX Siemens software, as well as design solutions of variations of the main ports of the saw block with calculation of their durability and reliability.
